QPO Energy is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join its team!

The Manufacturing Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of multiple manufacturing processes. The Technician will perform varied mechanical and electromechanical tasks while operating specialized manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The Technician will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed to optimize productivity. Additionally, the role involves adhering to safety protocols and collaborating with other team members to meet production targets.

• Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
• Status: Full-time, contract
• Location: Tualatin, OR

Who You Are:

  • Completed High School Diploma/GED

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • 3 years manufacturing experience (energy industry preferred)

  • Associates Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology (preferred)

  • Ability to commute to Tualatin, OR

What You’ll Do:

•    Setting up, loading, transporting and utilizing production materials
•    Initializing computers and automation controllers and setting production parameters
•    Monitoring of multiple active manufacturing processes
•    Quality assessment of products; identifying specific flaws/defects
•    Troubleshooting problems that arise with machinery or production processes and actively collaborate with engineers and other team members
•    Performing regular inspections of equipment; cleaning and maintaining equipment in accordance with preventative maintenance schedules
•    Updating maintenance and/or production logs
•    Adhere to company health and safety protocols/OSHA regulations to reduce the risk of workplace injury
•    Other duties as required that may arise

Physical Requirements:

  • Walking/standing for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. repeatedly over the course of a day

  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced production environment
