Your excellent communication skills allow you to partner seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Duties:
The Procurement Specialist will work closely with our Purchasing Manager to provide assistance of Procurement Support and perform Administrative Tasks, Coordination, etc.

Keep track of our current inventory through ERP

Submit purchase orders to vendors

Place orders for facility goods and consumables

Place orders for R&D department and ensure that it is expensed to the correct budget

Maintain relationships with vendors

Forecast purchasing trends to make sure we have the right inventory level

Handle logistics of incoming product
What You’ll Do:

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing.

Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
