Who You Are:

You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of sales coordinating. You enjoy tackling challenges and won’t leave any stone unturned to find the best solution for the situation at hand. Your excellent communication skills allow you to partner seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent experience in similar or related manufacturing operation(s).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

What You’ll Do:

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to provide assistance of Sales Support and perform Administrative Tasks, Coordination and Logistics, Marketing Support and Customer Relationship Management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Sales Support
1. Assist Sales Team: Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including managing schedules, booking appointments, and preparing presentations.
2. Order Processing: Process sales orders, ensure accurate data entry, and track order progress through until delivery. Guide customers through the sales process, providing information on products, financing options, and incentives.
3. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards to monitor performance against targets.
• Administrative Tasks
1. Documentation: Maintain and organize sales documents, contracts, and customer records.
2. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
3. CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordination and Logistics
1. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
2. Shipping Coordination: Work with logistics teams to coordinate the shipping and delivery of products to customers.
3. Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the sales department and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service.
• Marketing Support
1. Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
2. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
3. Promotional Activities: Support the execution of promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
• Customer Relationship Management
1. Customer Follow-up: Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues. Get and maintain 5-star reviews.
2. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
3. Account Management: Assist in managing key accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with major clients
